This policy applies to purchases made from Mantrayam, a brand operated by Pixel Motion.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing mantrayamshop@gmail.com or calling +91 99711 53771 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged, Incorrect, Missing or Defective Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged, leaking, unsealed, incorrect, missing, contaminated or affected by a manufacturing defect. Send your order number and clear photos or an unedited opening video showing the issue.
After verification, we may arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund may be issued.
Returns
Because Dhuni is a consumable spiritual product, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. An incorrect product must remain unopened and unused until return instructions are provided.
Non-Refundable Reasons
Refunds are not available because a customer dislikes the natural fragrance, smoke intensity or personal experience of the product, or because a hoped-for spiritual, financial, relationship or life outcome was not experienced. Mantrayam does not guarantee such outcomes.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
