Mantrayam currently ships physical products within India.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, service disruptions, public holidays, severe weather or courier delays may extend delivery to 7–10 business days or longer.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping charge will be shown clearly at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping, when offered, will be subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Tracking
Tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or the available order-status channel after dispatch.
Address and Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect, the customer was unavailable or delivery was refused, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.
Damaged Packages
If the package appears severely damaged, you may refuse delivery. If damage is discovered after acceptance, contact us within 48 hours with the order number and clear photos or an unedited opening video.
