Products and Spiritual Disclaimer
Mantrayam products are sold for spiritual, ritual and aromatic use. Product images are illustrative, and natural ingredients may vary slightly in colour, texture and appearance between batches.
We do not guarantee financial gain, relationship improvement, medical benefit, removal of negative energy, supernatural protection or any specific life outcome. Product information is not medical, financial or legal advice.
Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown on the product page or at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation or confirmation of an available payment method.
Order Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, prohibited delivery locations or other genuine operational reasons. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the collected amount will be refunded.
Safe Product Use
Use Dhuni only in a suitable heat-safe vessel, in a ventilated area and away from children, pets and flammable materials. Never leave a burning product unattended. Stop use if smoke causes discomfort. The product is not for consumption.
Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy form part of these terms and apply to every purchase.
Intellectual Property
Store content, brand names, packaging, graphics, photographs and text are owned by or licensed to Pixel Motion unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pixel Motion will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the store or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms when business, legal or operational requirements change. The latest version posted on the store applies from its stated update date.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be subject to the courts of Delhi.
